- Wednesday 27th December: 9am – 4pm
- Thursday 28th December: 9am – 4pm
- Friday 29th December: 9am – 4pm
- Saturday 30th December - 9am - 1pm
- Monday 1st January: Closed (bank holiday)
During these times, our dedicated team will be available to assist you with your needs, whether it’s last-minute policy renewal, a customer service enquiry, or just sharing the holiday cheer. Outside of these hours why not Download Insura App and manage all your insurance in one place.
Breakdown Recovery
As always, our nationwide 24/7 recovery for Mobility Scooters, Powerchairs and Manual Wheelchairs is available 365 days a year. We hope you don’t need them over the holiday period, but if you do just call the free phone number on your recovery card and they will be with you as soon as possible.
Our specialist team will collect you with appropriate equipment and make sure you are back at home as quick as possible. Our advice is to put the recovery number into your mobile phone or write it down and keep it somewhere safe.
Employment Support
For all of our Home Employment policyholders our proactive employment support line run by ILG support is available all through the holidays. They are on call for anything you need in relation to employing personal assistants any time of the day or night, even through WhatsApp! — so make sure you have their contact number handy.
